Do not send private video files, passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information. A description of the problem and any visible error message is usually enough to begin troubleshooting.
Privacy requests
Start your message with Privacy request so it can be identified quickly. Because videos are processed locally, VidPatch cannot access or retrieve files from your device.
